Terrible service and no understanding whatsoever. I knew I will be arriving 90 minutes late to check-in desk and I contacted the rental company who demanded the a 100 euros extra to book a new car (more than the price of the booking)I refused and was told that my booking will be a no-show and no refund will be offered.I contact easycar thinking that they will clearly see my point and the fact that I contact the company as they advise on the booking well before the booking time but easycar told me they offer no guarantees and they won’t refund me.This was after a lot of back and forth and empty promises.
