Booked a hire car via easycar (first time using this broker service) car cost us £825 for 2 weeks. Obviously due to tightened airport security and Covid processes we were delayed in getting to the car rental arrival desk. Because we was late our booking was cancelled!! In contacting easycar we was told it was our responsibility that we was late and no refund will be issued as we agreed to terms and conditions!This is utterly disgusting! £850 we paid upfront and never even got to see the car just because we was late due to unforeseen circumstances?! Avoid this broker at all costs, SCAM artists!Do not use this company!
