EasyCar accepted my booking that they could not honour, and are refusing a refund. I booked a car from Stansted Airport, to be picked up at 18:00. The booking assigned to Hertz. I stated on the booking our flight number, a flight due in at 17:15. In the event our flight was late, so we did not get to the Hertz desk until 19:20, to find that it had closed at 18:00.
