Easycar are liars and thief’s, I booked a car through Rentalcar website, which directed me to Easycar. I booked a car for a week, and received the confirmation via email. The terms and conditions on the email confirmation I received, indicated that I could cancel the booking up to 24 hours before the time. I did cancel the car, well before the 24 hour cut off, and requested a full refund through Car Trawler, who mentioned in the Easycar Terms and Conditions, to cancel through them. After emailing Car Trawler many times, confirming details of booking, card etc, I then get an email from the same person on Car Trawler, but now via the easycar email, to say that the refund is confirmed but less an admin fee, because I cancelled in less than 48 hours.I emailed both Easycar and Car Trawler and challenged this, only to be ignored by Car Trawler and responded to by Easycar, to say this is the terms and conditions that my specific car is signed up to - 48 hours cancellationWhen I spoke with an arrogant Customer Service Supervisor - Muhammad from Easycar, explaining to him that I have Easycar T’s & C’s, which stipulates 24 hours, he said no there are two cancellation periods 24 hours and 48 hours and my policy is 48 hours.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE EASYCAR RENTAL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, THEY WILL REFUND YOU, LESS A 54 GBP ADMIN FEE, EVEN IF YOU ARE WELL WITHIN THE CANCELATION PERIOD.
