Says it all about how seriously they treat customers."Wake up on Saturday morning to no car, no contact, and no refund in my account.The only thing I got is a lame email at 4am - just hours before the start of the trip. Getting stuck on a Saturday morning forced to make alternative travel arrangements to a wedding for the whole family is not a great experience! Avoid this car club member, and avoid easycar for important events!"
