I placed an order for a large bouquet of sunflowers for my mother in law for mothers day. The same evening I received a phone call saying they couldn't source any sunflowers, so they were re-directing me to another local florist who will replace them with tulips. I explained that my mymother in law had just spent 2 weeks in hospital and I wanted something big and bright to make her day. She advised that they would replace my bouquet 'stem for stem' and include tulips...but clearly not worth for worth!! I spent $120 and upgraded to the bigger bouquet to receive a bunch that looked like something from a petrol station with no tulip to be found!! How appalling!!! If they didn't have any stock they should've kindly remove that item from their web site or indicated it was OUT OF STOCK!!!! I was so embarrassed to have my name attached to that pathetic attempt of a bouquet!
