What a dreadful experience. We ordered two pairs of shoes, which arrived two weeks later, but their quality was so poor that they couldn't even be called "shoes." We emailed to request an address in Spain, and they offered a 20% discount on our next purchase. When we asked again for the address, they increased the offer to 50%, yet still didn't provide it. After citing Spanish distance selling laws, they finally sent us an address... in China, and we were told to pay the shipping costs. Unbelievable. We will escalate this to the appropriate consumer protection organizations. We will pursue this dropshipping issue to the end. Be warned!
