This has been a highly unsatisfactory experience. We ordered two pairs of shoes, which took two weeks to arrive, and their quality was so subpar that they hardly looked like shoes. After reaching out to request an address in Spain, we were offered a 20% discount on our next order. When we pressed for the address, they proposed a 50% discount but still did not provide it. After invoking Spanish consumer laws on distance purchases, they eventually sent us an address... in China, and we were told we would need to cover the shipping costs. This is unacceptable. We plan to report this issue to the relevant consumer protection agencies. We will continue to pursue this dropshipping complaint until it is resolved.
