give them a five stars because I ordered Glasses with prescription lenses. the quality was good and was cheaper than other store. I compared many on line and in store, but the price of Smart eye was cheaper. As they promised I found a cheaper glasses on other site and they matched the price and refunded 96 dollars with in 3 days.i will definitely recommend for my friends.
This is my third purchase from smartbuyglassess.ca. I’m happy with the process of ordering and delivery was fast and I’m satisfied with my glasses. I was able to claim for prescription sunglasses and glasses with my insurance company but they ask for invoice with address and ph# of the facility where glasses were manufactured. The invoice provided by smartbuyglasses doesn’t have address and ph # of the facility hence it can be dicey to file claim. I have to ask for amended invoice each time.
I honestly don't know why there are so many bad reviews. My mom's an optometrist assistant and has been doing that for over 30 years. After seeing all your negative reviews I was scared. They arrived 5 days after placing my order. My mom examined them and they are 100%authentic diesel glasses. We compared them to the ones her work sells. But for only 1/4 of the price.All and all I'm very happy and still don't understand how they have so many negative reviews. I'm in western Canada. 10/10 experience. Thank you
