While not the most prominent clinic in the UK, the service has been reliably excellent. Whether I call or email, interacting with the team is always a pleasure. I've even referred a few individuals who are now patients and enjoying the benefits. The customer portal is decent—it has room for improvement, but they are making gradual updates, so there's always something new on each visit.

They focus on your needs!

I had a follow-up consultation where the representative listened to my feedback on my initial prescription and helped tailor the next one to better meet my needs. She was also very knowledgeable about alternative options to maximize the benefits of my prescription.
