I ordered a "factory shop manual for a 2007 Mercedes gl320 cdi " and was sent the wrong link the link i was sent was 10 g and after 5 hours i discovered it was the wrong link .Theysent me aother link finally but the manual was not a true factory service manual from Mercedes. I asked that they reimburse me or provide me with the product that i paid for due to wasting my time and bandwidth for the original download which was wrong but they did not care
