Wanted to cancel my order due my mistake as ordered 2 same items and not providig VIN. Then fixed it in second order and requested via support ticket to cancel my first order. Despite first fast reaction from Rich regarding my request nothing happend. Ticket was closed without agreement regardig refund. Communicated via WhatsApp and despite vague statement that they will refund norhing happend. I have no money back nor provided manual. I consider it as scam. No further communication in the ticket after first reply. Then contacted via whatsup to try another way. The Reply was that they are dealing with that. So opened another one support ticket as I couldnt see first ticket. Again first reaction fast. Then after another question no reqction but to my further question no answer. Wich increases my doubts. I requested to cancel first order immediatelly at the time it was in progress. So when I saw it as completed again frustration and doubts increased. The current status is that i have nothing and no clear information about refund and by when they will tranferr amount. Thats all led me to my review. Insist that communication to customer is slow and not clear. Lets see the final result to change my review.
