I booked a ticket on 08/12/2025 around 10 am. They accepted payment and sent a receipt, but after a few hours, the PNR was still pending. I emailed them for clarification, and they informed me about a price increase. What a joke! Don't waste your time and money; customer support is lacking, and the refund process is frustrating. 👎
