I've been using Easypaisa for almost 2 years. I haven't got an issue but now as 2024 started there is an amount of almost 2500 deducted from my account. It says that I have taken a loan that's why the amount is deducted even though I haven't taken any loan. I called several times and emailed them they said That I had taken the loan I asked them to provide proof stating that I had taken a loan they failed to provide any. Very negligence from the customer support service. Now because of that reason I have shifted my account to some other platform.
