We were given a skip delivery time of between 7am and 7pm which is itself not great. The skip has not arrived and it has gone 7pm. I have been chasing to find out what has happened. No response apart from an AI chatbot that said someone would call me. No one has called and I have builders who are unable to get on with their work properly until the skip arrives.
