The system is simple to use and onboarding new people is fast. Its greatest advantage of course is that we don't have to worry about payment methods, because the platform has many payment methods (like crypto and bank cards).Personally, I just spend far less time that before on paying freelancers we work with. Even as not an accountant, I really feel that there is less work now.One thing I didn't like was several cases of seriously delayed payments. Support explained that this is just how things happen sometimes, but I honestly could not believe it. I get it when it is only one delayed payment, but when there is a series, I have reasons to think I need to double check with the platform berforehand.
