I've used them in the past--they work well if every duck is in a row.This time our flight was delayed over 7 hours, and when we arrived, the FOX/Eurocar desk was closed--and we needed to get a car to drive to our destination another 2 ½ hours away. I had called FOX during the delay, but was told there was no way they could pass word to the desk in Atlanta.After the fact (and after we paid for another rental car) FOX said they didn't have our money, but that EasyTerra did.I filed the refund request online. They replied with an email asking for details. I got a letter from Southwest admitting it was the airline's fault we were delayed. I also called EasyTerra, and spoke with Andrew, who affirmed if I sent everything in via email it would be handled.Not a word from them now for almost a month. I keep sending emails with the attachments they requested, but no replies.I lost money that I don't have to throw away.They lost a customer who will tell others about this kind of customer service. Zero integrity.
