I booked a car from a smaller rental agency in Italy via Easyterra. Since I wanted to pick up the car in one place and return it in another, I made sure to choose a vehicle that was advertised with "one-way surcharge included" on the Easyterra website. However, once I got the voucher, the surcharge was suddenly excluded. I contacted Easyterra before I picked up the car, but they said I should complain only once I had returned it again.
