I used easyterra several times and never had any problems with the rental service providers. however I notice that custom arrangements have to be done directly with the rental service provider which are never accounted for or recorded by easyterra. I am referring to late pick-up fees and charges for the vignette ticket. On my last rental I was surprised to pay a vignette ticket of €60 at the rental office in addition to the easy Terra website rental fee. This made a complete difference in the total rental cost when compared to other websites. for me this was a hidden cost which next time I reconsider if I use easyterra or not.So my proposal is that when confirming the rental contract with easy Terra all costs must be shown in full and do not leave any other costs to be determined by the Rental Company.Thanks for this opportunityRegards...
