WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I have a massive complaint to make and i promise i will be taking this further. I was not expecting to send this message however i have been conned for sure and will be telling each and every one of my followers not to go to this drive through!!!The law stipulates that all restaurants must serve food that is of satisfactory quality. This means that the food must be fit to eat as well as served at an appropriate temperature. If food is served that doesn't meet these standards, the customer is entitled to request a replacement meal, or a full or partial refund.Adam, your manager was very rude. He has clearly expressed a message that money is more valuable to yourselves rather than a happy customer!!He had the nerve of classing me as a fraud by accusing me of regularly complaining about food.This was my first time visiting and surely will be my last after the way i was treated!Adam the manager was advised to refund me as the food had not been touched. It was still intact inside the container!We were kind enough to offer to pay for the food we tried which did not meet satisfactory standards. This is not a threat however i will take this further and touch base with trading standards as well as leave a review on any platform i can find if this is not resolved in an amicable manner.I have attached a video of your manager clearly denying a refund for the food which was not touched and was denied upon arrival as soon as it arrived. Please be advised i will fight this on the basis of principles morality and dignity! Your manager has undermined us and made us out to be frauds! This a bold accusation which will not be forgotten!Look forward to hearing from you
