I’ve started with Cinnamon cereal as it’s always been a favourite flavour. It is ok but overwhelmingly sweet and not a cinnamony as I’d hoped.
What I do appreciate ( as an insulin dependent diabetic) is that it did not spike my blood sugar at all…and that’s amazing, thank you.
