I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and their service, I was emailed with different options to choose from and was left to make my decision without any pressure, once I had decided on the boiler Craig got in contact to set a date for installation 2 days later, I got a phone call the day before installing stating that the boiler wasn’t in stock locally to me so Craig himself drove a 6 hour round trip with a boiler from their depot to make sure I would still have it installed the next day ( I knew from this point that I had 1000% made the right choice to use easy heat) the next day joe and Sam came to fit, they are lovely lads and talked me through everything, answering any questions I had, they worked none stop and I couldn't fault them at all! All in all I will definitely be recommending easy heat and if I ever need a boiler in the future I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thankyou for the amazing service.
