Ordered a boiler online and spoke with Craig about which one was best for us, paid our deposit and the boiler came the day we asked for. The gas engineer that came showed us how it all worked and took the old boiler away, he even removed the old thermostat for us, which he didn't have to do, he was really helpful, he gave us his registered gas number which we needed to register the new boiler and even filled his part in before he left. Craig also text whilst the engineer was here to see if we were happy
