I cannot praise this company enough. Our boiler gave up on Tuesday (it would happen at the coldest time of year) we searched online and Eazy heat came up on our searches, we had a price online and booked our new boiler, still a bit dubious at this point. We had a phone call from James and he explained the process and asked for a few photos of our current boiler. The installation was booked with Carl and Dan and they turned up at 9am the next day. By around 3.30 we had heating and hot water again. Hurrah! Everything was cleaned up and they explained how the new controls worked (thanks for your patience, we’re not tech people) Today we had a follow up call from the office to check all went well and they explained about the warranty etc. Very well done, two extremely happy customers.
