What I really liked about this company was that once you filled in the form in on line.1. Craig sent an email to say he'd received my enquiry of interest and would be sending some options and if I had any queries to get in touch.2. The options where unbelievable, they went from cheap as chips to the sky's the limit, so gave options in my eyes to suit most people's budgets. 3. The options where wrote down in detail ,every option was numbered step by step what they would be doing and The materials you would be receiving e.g..boiler,magnetic filter.....and so on, 4. The most important one to me was there was no harrasing phone calls to see if you've decided to have a boiler fitted by them. They wait for you to get in touch with them, and craig was so friendly and easy to talk when I did get in touch I was so surprised how easy it was to set it all up to have one fitted.5. Joe my fitter couldn't have been any friendlier put me at my ease,as a women on her own it can be daunting to let a stranger into your home, he was fantastic. Joe put me at ease and explained everything to me that I wasn't sure about, he was professional and a perfectionist, you could tell he takes pride in his work, he was meticulous in cleaning up after his work,explaining to me how the boiler works and how to use the timer.I cannot fault this company or there staff, I would recommend this company to anyone, this is the third boiler I've had fitted in my lifeand They beat hands down the other previous company's I've used on every level.Thank you.
