Fantastic customer service, great prices, honest, informative and they don't try push for a sale like some companies do!The service received from start to finish of replacing an existing boiler was excellent. Easy to deal with and Craig kept me up to date throughout, and even managed to fit me in sooner than expected.We encountered a few minor issues but these were dealt with swiftly and honestly.I don't think many, if any, companies would have gone above and beyond like Craig and Joe did! One boiler wouldn't have met warranty standards so that was the first encounter and so rather than just fit it anyway, Craig simply rebooked for a different day, explaining the whole process and reasons as to why, and then gave me suitable recommendations and was honest in what we could have and want..On coming to fit the boiler, Joe was brilliant. He did the job to a great standard and was a lovely fella. Bless him he had to endure a long day due to a few issues beyond his control, resulting in a few extra journeys. He managed to sort those via his vast experience and a little help over the phone from Craig when needed. We were so happy they managed to get to the root of the issues faced and sort them, otherwise we'd have faced the potential of having no hot water! They were never going to allow this, and although the job took longer than expected, the service from Joe and Craig was top notch!Thankyou both, highly highly recommend Eazyheat!!!Don't hesitate to get in touch with a no-nonsense, honest, reliable and non-pushy team!
