At first I applied for finance with BOXT, I was granted the finance, but when the engineer arrived I got the feeling it was to big of a job for a standard boiler replacement, so when it was suggested to move the boiler to different room the price went up by £1300 I was not happy, I then cancelled the finance and tried to get hold the person dealing with me, to which i was blanked and not contacted to ask why. So when I contacted Eazy Heat Craig was excellent in explaining step by step on what was going happening, and the price was fixed when I was given the quote, with an upgraded boiler to a combi, it worked out a saving of nearly £900. The engineer Joe, that came and fitted the boiler was professional very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for the customer. It can be stressful sorting a new boiler out, but EAZY HEAT made this simple as it possibly can, well Done excellent customer service highly recommended,
