After filling the enquiry form online, promptly recieved the call from Scott who advised about which boiler would be suitable and provided a highly competitive rate for boiler and installation. Within few days, boiler was fitted by Joel, who did a fantastic job. The flue hole wasn’t at the position required by the boiler but Joel came up with a solution and made a new hole in the wall to adjust it. I was so impressed by his positive approach and helpful attitude. Few days after fitting, when I informed about a small leakage, Joel promptly came back to diagnose the issue and fixed it. Again impressed by their after sales service. Really trustworthy company annd amazing boiler engineer Joel. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
