The service is great, and the staff is always friendly and punctual, often arriving early, which I appreciate.That said, I don’t like that when product substitutions cost more, you're not asked to confirm the change. It would be better if customers could approve or decline higher-priced replacements.Also, the use of paper bags feels excessive, small items are often bagged separately while heavier items are split unnecessarily. It seems wasteful and could be rethought.The food quality is very good though. I was especially impressed with the fish.Overall, a solid experience with a few things that could be improved.
