As a long-term customer, I can say that the couriers are always friendly and bring everything to the door. They also seem happy with their job conditions, and I support that! The selection of products is good - they support local farmers and production, as well as the most commonly used items and brands. I like that they use paper bags, even if I always forget to return them with my next order, and I end up with 50+ bags after a few orders. Even if they're overcharging a little, it's worth it - they have a great customer approach, a great product selection, and it saves a lot of time to shop with a few clicks, without having to carry any bags.
The only annoying thing for me is that I can't buy less than 1 kg of fruits and veggies - they go up and down by 1 kg, (Unless they are pre-packed and overpriced). So I sometimes go to buy fruits and veggies somewhere else. Adding a 500g step option would be perfect. For example, I can't eat 1 kg of bananas before they go bad, but 500g would be very doable.
