The service is great, but some improvements are needed

The service is great, and the staff is always friendly and punctual, often arriving early, which I appreciate.That said, I don’t like that when product substitutions cost more, you're not asked to confirm the change. It would be better if customers could approve or decline higher-priced replacements.Also, the use of paper bags feels excessive, small items are often bagged separately while heavier items are split unnecessarily. It seems wasteful and could be rethought.The food quality is very good though. I was especially impressed with the fish.Overall, a solid experience with a few things that could be improved.

They are currently impeccable

They are currently impeccable! I order from them every week and this way I don’t need to stand the rude attitude in the grocery store vendors in my neighbourhood. Highly recommend!

They were terrible at the beginning, but it's good that they became the leader of the BG online market. And they are the 1st with such a serious request. I have been using them since they opened on our market.They have almost everything for consumption, they have a great website, their deliveries, communication with them, the guys' bags - everything is very good. And it's good that they continue to upgrade and develop for the better.One idea is to have more competitive prices, and they will hit the top.
