Products are always with high quality. The collaboration with Bulgarian farmers is commendable. We can relay on delivery being on time, which is of great importance of us, considering we have a small child at home. Employees are always polite and helpful. :)
As a long-term customer, I can say that the couriers are always friendly and bring everything to the door. They also seem happy with their job conditions, and I support that! The selection of products is good - they support local farmers and production, as well as the most commonly used items and brands. I like that they use paper bags, even if I always forget to return them with my next order, and I end up with 50+ bags after a few orders. Even if they're overcharging a little, it's worth it - they have a great customer approach, a great product selection, and it saves a lot of time to shop with a few clicks, without having to carry any bags.
The only annoying thing for me is that I can't buy less than 1 kg of fruits and veggies - they go up and down by 1 kg, (Unless they are pre-packed and overpriced). So I sometimes go to buy fruits and veggies somewhere else. Adding a 500g step option would be perfect. For example, I can't eat 1 kg of bananas before they go bad, but 500g would be very doable.
I always receive fresh products which are delivered on time. Also, the guys who carry the bags are very polite and helpful. Once I had to use online support and they were very quick to answer and fix my issue. I think the quality of this service is very good.

And they only carry small packages. Meanwhile, eBag’s delivery staff bring me orders weighing many kilograms—yet no one has ever complained or suggested that it would be better if I met them outside.Excellent staff selection—truly wonderful people. I’m also very satisfied with the quality of the products and the return policy, because issues do happen—most often with slightly damaged items, which is inevitable with this kind of transport.In seven years, there was only one mistake—when they delivered a blender instead of a mixer—but we resolved it quickly: I returned the item, and they refunded me.Since I’m sure they will read this review—my heartfelt thanks to everyone on the team! There’s only one product I miss that disappeared—pork knuckle with bone.
