Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. It is impossible to contact flat tenants (I was looking for renting a flat) because my account got blocked almost immediately after registration. Maybe because I don't have a German phone number? It looks their "automated security" cannot distinguish real humans from bots. It is impossible to use this platform. I am only sorry for the people I contacted so far and who I will not be able to text back. The chances to get back inside are slim as far as I read other reviews. Better stay away from this platform.
