Worst experience ever , I have bought an item a week ago , which I never received. I made a mistake and bought the item directly instead of contacting the seller and asking if I can see the item first, since it was a famous website I thought “ they can’t be scammers “,and I thought even if I get scammed they would definitely have a refund service like any other famous websites , specially when I paid the extra money for a safe pay. The day after I bought the item , I massaged the seller and asked about the process like if he send it or not yet? Which I got responded with “ the item is sold long ago , what did you pay for? “ treating me like I was lying. Now I’m not sure where my money is , does the seller or the site scammed me? Cause eBay Kleinanzeige has no contact service nor refund service at all , even though they ask for extra money to make a safe payment but that’s b*ll**t, the OPP is also b*ll**t , they don’t do no shet for you , pay safe is a lie in this site . So please never ever pay online through this site.
