After a lot of hassling with the sluggish AI customer „service“, I was refunded the purchase price, BUT: the service costs (insurance "pay securely") and the shipping costs are brazenly withheld, although there was no misconduct on my part as the buyer. OPP writes (because they know that this behavior is borderline criminal): "In the event of a refund, the service fees will be withheld since you used the service." WTF? "THE service"? For all successful sales, these scammers also keep the fees for THE service. I will never pay for anything on Kleinanzeigen.de via this platform again. Only cash on collection. If at all. Kleinanzeigen.de seems to be just a cash cow for OPP owners.
