Don't use this web site, when you are not in Germany.They blocked my account within seconds, when I decided to check my parcel status, while I was on vacation.Since then they froze my account, they blocked my active transactions and I cannot reach them.I wrote many-many tickets, and they don't even do anything with them. There is no direct contact with the support. I don't know, how they are able to earn millions with the lack of support.Give me my money back. Look at your inbox.
