My conto got hacked and I asked the customer service team for some help, because I suddenly could not log in anymore. I then got a mail that I got banned from the platform and will never be able to use it again. They will not reply me anymore or answer my questions. This is a really really bad customer service and Sonja Potters reply made me super frustrated, because I literally bought one pair of shoes and then got hacked. I don’t even know what happened and they will not tell me. Will never use it again and am super angry.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS PLANET! 😡
