EBAY made it great. I order an item from one of the shops, a cover for my R.V. I invested a lot of time researching what I needed. I purchased one prior from a different company so I knew exactly what I wanted.What I received was a joke. Tore coming our of the package. I tried to co.municate with the company. I was very specific in my original message, and said I wanted a refund. The company kept asking to list what was wrong and send pictures. I reported them to EBAY for Fraud! misleading me and sending me the faulty item. EBay came through and issued me a refund. It was awesome. I said what was happening and they responded shifty and returned my monies.
