Unbelievable experience. The ebay seller sent me wrong cheaper model of a router. I triggered dispute as i paid for "buyer protection" and provided a dozed of quality images and the chat contents with the seller. The Online Payment Platform kept quiet from Jun 20 ignoring my reminders and blocking further interaction. Then on Jul 6 notified that they need a video: "Die von Ihnen hochgeladene Bilder sind uns leider ungenügend für die Überprüfung.Laut dem Käuferschutz bei eBay Kleinanzeigen, muss ein Artikel erheblich von der Beschreibung abweichen, was wir in Ihrem Falle sowohl im Inserat als auch auf den Bildern nicht feststellen konnten.Videomaterial senden Sie bitte per E-Mail an support_onlinepaymentplatform.com mit dem Betreff “dis_895f19245244”, damit wir die Funktionalität überprüfen können."I was away and missed the message and on July 21 without any other notice they closed the case and rejected my claim.I appears like fraud to me. Whoever looked at the case could not possibly judge there is not enough evidence and close the case without real consideration. Stay away from eBay Kleinanzeigen and their fake "buyer protection".
