I am very disappointed with the service. I bought a small thing for 15 Euro and had to pay 15 Euro or so for shipping. The shipping was handled by eBay and not the seller. The package endet up in a pack station and I had no possibility to pick it up. I was in contact with the seller and the seller referred me to eBay and eBay to the seller. It went back and forth for some weeks and I tried to get it reshipped or refunded but it was a ping pong game and I got no shipment and no refund at the end. How annoying. I will never again order anything from Ebay.
