This "cUsToMeR sUpPoRt" is NOT GOOD! I got banned for no reason last year while my account was abandoned, and it was PERMANENT! The message they gave me was super vague, didn't say whether it was permanent or temporary. Also they started spamming my email with stuff like "Your account was banned." And the worst part? It didn't even say WHY I was banned! So I decided to see if the employees could tell me why, but this dumb excuse of "customer support" clearly DID NOT help, because the AI didn't know what I was dealing with, and when it finally got the idea that I was trying to reach a human for help on account suspensions, they directed me to an employee—is what I would've said if the "employee" (not disclosing their name since I am nice enough to let them KEEP THEIR JOB.) actually typed fast enough to surpass me (I do not know touch typing, so I type really slow, but he typed SLOWER than me, to the point where I got my whole problem across with him not saying a WORD!) AND he sounded like an AI in disguise. And when I finally told him what the reason was for my suspension? "Oh no, I cannot say why you were banned because you are definitely going to bypass those restrictions, so let's just leave you helpless while I earn my $18.80 an hour by NOT helping people." I literally CANNOT wrap my head around this! ISN'T THAT THE POINT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!?!?! THEY ARE MEANT TO TELL YOU WHY YOU WERE BANNED SO YOU CAN BECOME A BETTER PERSON ON THE INTERNET! So anyways after going back and forth with the responses and me saying that he should just end the chat because I gave up on getting help, and the AI that appeared when I opened up the chat box said that it was going to send me a copy of the conversation, even though I DIDN'T want a copy of that travesty. So that's why I am writing this review, to warn others that eBay can, and will, suspend you for no reason without disclosing the real reason behind the ban, they have terrible customer service, and there is no way out of your ban.
