Ebayhas turned from bad to worst for several reasons. They have a poor customer service who fed you with sweet words about complains against sellers, but in the end they could not solve the problems.; second, I have discovered Ebay.com heavily manipulates the prices of mailing. They charged beyond the normal prices and I have seen this when the package arrived. Even the Sellers admitted to this evil scheme. Lastly, Ebay is very slow in acting against damaged or lost articles.
Lesson learned, avoid Ebay because it is expensive and definitely out to make money from customers
