I'm a user since maybe 15 years, and MORE OR LESS I can say as a good experince.But with last purchase, paid by bank transfer, I'm really angry and sad. The seller cheated me and ebay customer care was very very unpolite nad useless. Ok, I understand eBay doesn't care about payment trouble except Paypal (so tricky uhm), so wondering why eBay keeps permitting using bank transfer and at same time would like keep eBay a clear and honest marketplace. This experience and the customer care comportment made me very very unhappy. Ebay is a s**tty marketplace really. I gave them maybe 5000-7000€ of fees. I didnt expect this kind of comportment really.
