When a buyer opens a case, only Ebay should be able to close it. A seller lied and said that a refund could only be issued if buyer closed case. A foolish buyer, Me, believed seller and lost my money, because on closing case I'm unable to obtain refund. Beware when a seller doesn't answer messages. It's a way of wasting time, so you find that the time to resolve the complaint, has run out. Ebay should be more professional. I've been a member since 2010 and the standards have deteriorated, in the past it was enjoyable and I made many friends. Now I'll have to move on and buy elsewhere!
