i bought an mtx 39 front wheel thru axle for £100. it came a little scratched on the rim and on the hub (where the axle goes thru) i don’t care if it was a little bit scratched, im paying 100 great british pounds for a “brand new” product. delivery was fast, i got refunded £10. However i am sure you can understand my frustration when i pay for something new and expect it to be 100% perfect
