I am quite dissatisfied with how everything turned out. Despite my significant effort, it all fell apart in the end, leading to wasted time and energy. As an MBA student, I was well-prepared for my exam, but the portal unexpectedly directed me to a different exam meant for certificate students. This prevented me from taking my final exam after all my hard work, resulting in failure. This situation is unacceptable, and despite sending multiple emails with screenshots, I have yet to receive a response.
