I ordered a roof basket which arrived fairly quickly. Unfortunately it was damaged in shipping (FedEx Ground). The box was torn and a top rail dented. This is a roof rack, so I expect it to get scratched/dented through use, but I wanted to put the dents in it my self. I reached out to customer support and they got back with me quickly and we agreed to a fix. My major concern was with the complete lack of over-boxing. An additional box of heaver cardboard with, perhaps, some Styrofoam could have prevented the issue. In summary: Customer Service is awesome Shipping needs to loon into over-boxing.John Gillaspy
