Site captcha & ai bot unable to solve login issue that needed Varden to do multiple steps to get my account reset and give me proper access. He was extremely patient & had to try multiple options before we found a solution that was able to resolve the problem which I am sure took longer than the usual support call. But yeah he finally got it fixed & then still was patient & walked me through several things he knew I would be calling back to ask abouts so now those questions are already answered too!! This proactive thinking on his part was most appreciated & resoved multiple issues in a single call.
