ECH installed solar panels and a battery for us recently and once again excelled in their responsiveness, customer service, and quality of supply and installation.This is the second property for which we have used ECH’s services, following the positive experience with our first property. In addition, three other family members have also used ECH based on our recommendation, and were equally satisfied with their installations.Carl provided his customary quick response to our enquiry and there was no sales pressure, which is so often the case when dealing with other suppliers and contractors. The roof structure was quite complex but between Carl, Shaun the surveyor, and Dave in the technical support team, they managed to find a solution. Post installation support has also been excellent with Leah helping us to obtain the Export MPAN in as short a time as possible. A special thanks to everyone at ECH for all their help and support. We will definitely continue to recommend ECH to friends and family.
