I contacted several companies getting quotes before deciding on ECH. It wasn't just the competitive price that made me choose them, I just got a good feeling about the company when speaking with Carl. He listened to my requirements then gave me good advice and various options. Provided me with new quotes each time I tweaked the design slightly without any complaints. He didn't try to over sell me or under sell me a system (some companies don't want to complete the G99 forms so will under sell you a system that doesn't require the form, but may not meet your needs).Once we agreed on the system, they kept me informed and updated with regards to equipment delivery and so on. On the day of the install they arrived on time, the guys were polite and did a wonderful install. They cleaned up after themselves and I was surprised at how quickly they carried out the install.Overall I am very happy with the price paid, the system and the install.
